Village Administration
The Administration Department oversees Village revenue collections and expenditure payments comprising the Village’s approximately $4 million annual budget. The department also serves as the Village’s central information center, collects water payments, issues miscellaneous licenses and permits, processes public-service work orders, and administers municipal business.

Building and Electrical Permits
Administration performs inspection work to secure and maintain substantial compliance with codes governing residential and commercial building trades, including building, electrical, and mechanical work. Staff review plans and inspect construction, alterations, and repairs for compliance with code requirements.
Code Enforcement
Administration performs inspections, investigates, and resolves Village Housing Code violations, including excessive grass, RVs, boats or trailers parked on streets or in front yards, and litter or garbage-container regulations.
