Rental Registration Program
Annual registration is required
Owners of residential rental property must file a registration statement with the Peoria Heights Housing Inspector each calendar year.

Rental units are inspected on a rotating and as-needed basis to confirm compliance with minimum residential housing standards. If a unit is selected, the Housing Inspector will contact the property owner.
A non-owner-occupied property that is not rented may qualify for an exemption by filing an Affidavit of Non-Rental.
